Sterling Tea Ministry

June 22, 2008, I was honored to assist Betty Jo as guest speakers at the Sterling Tea Ministry. We talked about our experiences growing up with and making quilts. BJ was especially inspirational as she shared how making a quilt for Morgan and Cat's wedding helped her spirit heal after her radiation. Hard to believe but it has now been 6 years since that difficult year. The tea was held at Gilda's Club in Louisville. As favors for the 50 (yikes!) attendees, BJ and I made pieced bookmarks.
